(a)-(g) Information regarding the quantified costs and benefits is available in the publicly released business case summary.
The Perth Park business case was independently prepared by ACIL Allen, and shows Perth Park will generate $61 million in economic activity for Western Australia every year, for the next 30 years.
ACIL Allen found the undiscounted benefit-cost ratio for this project was 1.84, demonstrating a strong economic benefit for the State with the report highlighting the project was a “worthy investment” for the State Government based on the quantifiable economic and social benefits, and the costs.
