I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. (1) No. (2) Not applicable. (3) Yes. (4) The minister is pleased to advise members of the recently signed native title agreement for South Hedland that will provide urgently needed land for residential development for the entire community. The Department of Regional Development and Lands is currently finalising development leases with a range of developers who will bring to the market a variety of land to help meet the immediate needs of all sectors of the community. These leases will be finalised in the coming months and the community will start to see the commencement of earthworks on a number of sites.
