The Minister for Energy has provided the following response: I refer the Hon. Member to the answer provided in question without notice 87 of Wednesday 22 nd March 2006. The Hon. Member was asked for further clarification and for "research and development" to be clearly defined and/or related to a particular field of endeavour. As there is no definition or particular field of endeavour outlined in the on notice question, it is again asked that the Hon. Member do so. It is also asked that the Hon.
