I refer to question on notice No. 5657 asked on 12 June 2012 and the Department of Water's 2011-2012 Annual Report, and ask in relation to page 8 of the annual report which states that a draft water recycling policy has been developed with input from industry and state government representatives —
(a) in which month this year is it expected that this policy will be made public;
(b) will the public have opportunity to comment on the draft water recycling policy before the Government releases its final version;
(c) if yes to (b), in which month is this expected to occur; and
(d) if no to (b), why not?
