I refer the minister to a letter sent to Wittenoom residents signed by Mr David Martin of Horizon Power dated 20 April 2006 in which it is stated that the government is considering an assistance package for Wittenoom residents. (1) What is the nature of the assistance package? (2) Will it include assistance to purchase generators for use by Wittenoom residents; and, if not, why not? (3) When will the package be made public?
