WA INVENTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD - ELIGIBILITY OF BEN NEWMAN
Further to the statement by the Leader of the House on 31 August 2006 and Brakeboards’ subsequent runner-up prize of $20 300 in the WA Inventor of the Year Award, I ask - (1) Is there a requirement for further trials and commercialisation to occur in Western Australia? (2) What part of this operation now takes place in Western Australia? (3) Where is this product currently made and distributed from? (4) Is the company head, Mr Ben Newman, still living in Melbourne?
