(1) What is the average wait time for women to be seen by the Pelvic Mesh Complications Clinic at King Edward Memorial Hospital? (2) How many women are currently on the wait list to be seen by the Pelvic Mesh Complications Clinic? (3) If surgery is required to deal with a pelvic mesh issue, what is the average wait time for surgery, once a patient is placed on the wait list? (4) How many women are currently waiting for surgery linked to pelvic mesh? (5) I note that as at 12 April 2018, 26 women were awaiting surgery for pelvic mesh related issues and 11 had had surgery, how many of these surgeries were to completely remove the mesh: (a) If none, why not; and (b) How many surgeons in WA are qualified to perform a complete mesh removal surgery? (6) How much funding was allocated to the Pelvic Mesh Complications Clinic in 2017-18, 2018-19 and in the forward estimates years in 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2011-22?
