I refer to extraordinary licenses for young people living in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas, and I ask -
(1) In each of the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, how many extraordinary licences for people under the age of 17, to drive to and from school were, -
(a) applied for; or
(b) granted?
(2) What conditions were applied to these extraordinary licenses?
(3) In each of the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, how many (if any) holders of extraordinary licenses under the age of 17, were involved in accidents that were reported to the police, -
(a) with no other vehicle involved;
(b) where another vehicle was involved; and
(c) where a serious injury resulted from the accident?
