RCR TOMLINSON
1073. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the minister
representing the Minister for Water:
I refer to RCR Tomlinson's
statement to the Australian Stock Exchange on 14 August 2015 that states that
the company has $130 million in guaranteed work over three years from the Water
Corporation, with immediate starts on new and existing projects and selected
bidder status to tender for additional Water Corporation works for an initial
two-year term with prospect of this to be extended.
(1) Is it
anticipated that RCR Tomlinson will do the $130 million guaranteed work in one
year; and, if yes, what year is that?
(2) In which years does RCR
Tomlinson have selected bidder status?
(3) What does ''selected
bidder status'' mean?
(4) During each
year that RCR Tomlinson has selected bidder status, are there any limits on how
much of the asset investment program they can bid for; and, if yes, what are
those limits?
(5) On what basis
could RCR Tomlinson's selected bidder status be extended, and for how
long?
