(1) Has the investigation into the
shooting been completed?
(2) If no to (1), when will it be

remains an ongoing investigation by the Western Australia Police Force.
(3) The completed
police report will be forwarded to the State Coroner. The findings of the
coronial investigation will be made public only if an inquest is held into the
deaths, and this decision is a matter for the State Coroner.
