I refer to QON 1233 asked in the other place on 7 August 2024 about exterior panels, otherwise known as cladding, identified as flammable and deemed for replacement at Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre, specifically in relation to Building PP, and I ask: (a) Has the Statement of Intent referred to for Building PP remediation work been completed; (b) If yes, when was it completed, and will the Minister table that document; (c) Has a tender process been undertaken to carry out the remediation work; (d) If yes, which company has been awarded the tender and what is the value of the tender; (e) When is the remediation work expected to begin and be completed; (f) What disruptions are expected to occur in and around Building PP because of these remediation works; (g) What contingency plans have been put in place to address these disruptions; and (h) If the Statement of Intent has not been completed, why not and when will it be completed?
