representing the Premier:
I
refer to the Premier's refusal to answer question on notice 384
regarding correspondence to federal ministers for the six-month period
between 18 March and 29 October 2021, and the use of digital technology in the
Premier's office.
(1) Has the
Premier's office not sent any official correspondence to any federal
government minister since 18 March 2021?
(2) Does the Premier's office use digital
technology and a content management system to track correspondence?
(3) Will the Premier now provide an
answer to question on notice 384?
(4) If no to (3),
when will the Premier abide by section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006?
(5) Will the
Premier also request that the ministers who appear to have colluded in
answering questions on notice 375 to 399 abide by section 82 of the Financial
Management Act 2006?
