I refer to the purchase of apartments at the Pelago West complex, and ask: (a) on what date or dates were the apartments purchased; (b) what was the apartment number of each apartment purchased; (c) what was the individual purchase price of each apartment; (d) have any of the purchased apartments been subsequently sold; (e) if yes to (d), which apartments and what was the sale price; and (f) how many of the apartments are currently being leased, and what is the weekly or fortnightly rent as at 10 March 2014?

As at 10 March 2014, the 12 purchased units are all currently leased to State Government client agencies under the Government Regional Officers' Housing (GROH) program.
As at 10 March 2014, client agencies are currently paying $1,400 per week for the one-bedroom units and $1,600 per week for the two-bedroom units. Rent is charged based on an independent market assessment provided to the Department of Housing.
An additional 10 units in the complex are also leased under the GROH program.
