I refer to the Mental Health Tribunal, and I ask: (a) how many staff work at the tribunal and what positions do they hold; (b) what has been the movement of staff at the tribunal in the past 12 months; and (c) have any allegations of misconduct arisen in the past 12 months and, if so, what are the details of each allegation?

(a) The President and Mental Health Tribunal members are Ministerial appointments. The headcount of staff at the Tribunal includes;
(b) The Registrar position was vacated on 2/10/2015.
(c) A person’s reputation and livelihood can easily be ruined by allegations of misconduct. Consequently, as a matter of principal, I will not comment on whether or not any allegations of misconduct have arisen in the past 12 months.
