For each department and agency under the Minister’s control, including the Ministerial office, will the Minister please provide the following details:
(a) what is the total number of contractors and consultants employed within the department or agency from the period from 1 July 2009 to date;
(b) what is the total cost to the department in employing these consultants and contractors; and
(c) how many of these consultants and contractors have been employed to fulfil duties formerly performed by public servants who have accepted voluntary redundancies since 1 July 2009?

(a-c) The Liberal-National Government publishes annual Consultant Reports which are tabled in Parliament.
As per the convention established by the previous Government, the information for the 2009/10 Financial Year will be tabled in Parliament when completed.
