I refer the Attorney General to the
tragic death of Amy Wensley on 26 June 2014.
(1) Will the
Attorney General confirm that the Corruption and Crime Commission has conducted
an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Amy Wensley?
(2) If yes to
(1), will the Attorney General confirm whether or not, following its
investigation, the CCC referred the case of the death of Amy Wensley to the
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions?
