I refer the minister to the twenty-seventh pay issue for this year, and ask - (1) Will the Treasurer explain why no Treasurer’s Instruction was issued for the twenty-seventh pay? (2) If there is such an instruction, will the Treasurer table it; and, if not, will the Treasurer explain what is the difficulty in doing so? (3) Will the Treasurer table Treasury’s detailed list showing which agencies have paid money into the accrued salaries suspense account, and how much money? (4) Will the Treasurer explain why all agencies have not contributed to the twenty-seventh pay suspense account and how will the twenty-seventh pay be covered for those agencies?
