(1) How many of these sites have been assessed under the
Contaminated Sites Act 2003
?
(2) Which of these sites have been remediated and put to other use? Please specify the site and the use.
(3) Which of these sites have yet to be remediated?
(4) For each site, is leachate from these landfills into the river monitored?
(5) If no to any site, why not?
(6) For each site that is monitored, please table the results of this monitoring over the last five years.
