I refer the Treasurer to the recommendations made in the 'Red Tape Reduction Blueprint' released in February 2010, and I ask for each of the 107 recommendations —
(1) Has the recommendation been accepted —
(a) fully;
(b) not at all; or
(c) in part only?
(2) If accepted fully —
(a) when was it implemented;
(b) if it has not been implemented —
(i) when will it be implemented; and
(ii) does the Minister have a timeline for its implementation?
(3) If yes to (2)(a)(ii) —
(a) will the Minister table this timeline; and
(b) if not, why not?
(4) If not accepted at all —
(a) will the Minister detail the reasons why it has not been accepted; and
(b) if not, why not?
(5) If accepted in part only —
(a) will the Minister detail the reasons why it has been accepted only in part;
(b) if not, why not; and
(c) does the Minister have a timeline for its part implementation, and if so —
(i) will the Minister table this timeline; and
(ii) if not, why not?
