1) Yes. 2) The Department has commenced a review of the Dividing Fences Act 1961 . In November 2006 a copy of Setting Boundaries discussion paper was sent to all State Members of Parliament and other stakeholders, who were invited to provide feedback on suggested reforms to the Act. The Department is currently reviewing and analysing comments received prior to any recommendations being made.
