Minister for Small Business:
(1) Since taking
on the portfolio of small business has the minister received representations
from any vape vendors?
(2) Has the
minister met with any vape vendors; and, if so, on what dates?
(3) Does the minister acknowledge that legitimate vape
vendors who operate within the law provide a valuable service to the
community?

of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Minister for
Small Business.
(1)–(2) No.
(3) The minister
supports all legitimately operating Western Australian small businesses.
However, the regulation of potentially harmful and addictive substances is a matter
for the Minister for Health.
