I refer to the 2025-26 State Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2, page 494, and the “On Track to Thrive” line item, and I ask: (a) What are the alternative pathways as part of this program; (b) When is this program set to take place; (c) What non-Government Organisations are involved in the delivery of the program; (d) What the KPIs of the program; and (e) When will the program be reviewed?

a) On Track to Thrive will provide case managed health support through the Department of Health’s Health Navigator Pilot Program; intensive in-home family support services and case management through Department of Communities’ contracted services providers; and intensive, in-classroom educational support from the Department of Education.
b)-(d) On Track to Thrive will commence in 2025. Key components of On Track to Thrive are currently in development, including the procurement of service delivery providers.
