(2) If yes to (1), for 2008-09 and 2009-10, what were the average minutes of travel from the following metropolitan centres, -
(a) Wanneroo;
(b) Joondalup;
(c) Midland;
(d) Kalamunda;
(e) Armadale;
(f) Rockingham;
(g) Baldivis;
(h) Orelia; and
(i) Fremantle?
(3) If no to (1), why not
