I refer to the quarterly environmental enforcement statistics produced by the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC), and I ask —
(1) For each quarter for the past two years —
(a) how many complaints related to native forestry activities;
(b) how many incidents related to native forestry activities; and
(c) how many enforcement sanctions related to native forestry activities?
(2) For each quarter for the period of the current Forest Management Plan that precedes (1) —
(a) how many complaints related to native forestry activities;
(b) how many incidents related to native forestry activities; and
(c) how many enforcement sanctions related to native forestry activities?
