(1) The Minister for the Environment and Heritage has been advised by the Department of Conservation and Land Management that it is now aware that there has been a valuation of the reserve 1393 arranged by the Water Corporation. The reserve with the purpose “access to water” is vested in the Water Corporation and is the responsibility of the Minister for Government Enterprises. Therefore, the member may wish to address his questions on this water reserve to him.
