My question is to Hon Graham Giffard, but as he is not present, obviously someone else must be handling it. Hon Ken Travers: I will answer it. Hon FRANK HOUGH: The question is - (1) To date the Government has failed to introduce statutory authority for the speedway industry in Western Australia. Will the Government provide statutory authority to the Western Australian Speedway Commission to enable it to enforce operational and safety guidelines in the industry? (2) If not, why not? (3) If yes, when will the statutory authority be presented to Parliament? Hon KEN TRAVERS
