I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question. The following information
has been provided to me by the Minister for Planning and Lands.
(1)–(2) Throughout the forensic audit,
DevelopmentWA has engaged with the Office of the Auditor General on matters
contained in the report. It was noted there was no evidence of fraud,
corruption or misconduct found in the audit. More information was again sought
following questions in the Legislative Council on 18 June and 25 June and the
Office of the Auditor General will respond in due course. The DevelopmentWA
board and its governance and remuneration committee have updated the conflict
of interest policy and the updated policy has been implemented across the
organisation.
