I refer to the recent sale by Amcor Fibre Packaging of land to Landcorp and ask -
(1) Can the Minister for Lands confirm that the amount of land sold was 89 hectares?
(2) Which officials from Landcorp and/or the Ministers office were involved?
(3) Did the Minister have any involvement in or awareness of the transaction prior to it being concluded?
(4) If yes, what was that involvement?
(5) What was the sale price of the land?
(6) Who carried out the valuation of the land and who paid for that valuation?
(7) What is the current zoning of the land?
(8) Has the zoning of the land changed in the last 12 months?
(9) If yes, what was the zoning previously and why was it rezoned?
(10) Have any concerns been expressed in relation to the zoning of the land?
(11) If yes, by whom and what are those concerns?
(12) Have the selling agents Jones Lang Lasalle had to sign a confidentiality agreement?
(13) If yes, why?
(14) What does the confidentiality agreement prevent Jones Lang Lasalle from doing?
