I refer to the Minister's announcement on 22 August 2017 about a partnership between Telstra and Western Australia Police to help victims of domestic violence, and I ask:
(a) what documents have been exchanged between Telstra and Western Australia Police that have given rise to the existence of this partnership;
(b) further to (a), will the Minister table the documents;
(c) if yes to (b), when; and
(d) if no to (b), why not?

No documents have been exchanged between Telstra and the Western Australia Police Force with respect to this initiative. However, Telstra have provided the phones and representatives of Telstra were pleased to attend and speak in support of initiative at the press conference held at Police Headquarters on 22 nd August 2017.
