(1) Water quality is monitored twice per year at 26 sites within the Brockman River catchment (see tabled paper #).  The program commenced in 2007, with some changes to sites and analytes over time.  Water monitoring is currently undertaken by the Ellen Brook Integrated Catchment Group (EBICG) to guide their Natural Resource Management activities.
(2)   There are well over 2000 samples collected across all sites between 2007 and 2025. This includes information for physical/chemical parameters, nutrients and other potential contaminants.  There is also current and historic flow information at several flow gauging stations.  Through an agreement between EBICG and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, the data is made available through the department’s Water Information Reporting web portal.
