I refer to the total housing stock in the Department's control, and I ask: (a) What was the total number of social housing properties at the end of each month for the 2025 calendar year: (i) How many properties were permanently removed from the available social housing stock during the 2025 calendar year; (ii) How many properties were added to the available social housing stock for the 2025 calendar year that housed tenants for at least one day; and (iii) How many social housing properties sat vacant for more than one month during the 2025 calendar year; and (b) What was the total number of Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH) properties at the end of each month between July and December 2025: (i) How many GROH properties were added to the total stock number during the 2025 calendar year; and (ii) How many GROH properties were permanently removed from the total stock number during the 2025 calendar year?

The State Government is investing a record $6.3 billion in housing related initiatives since 2021, to deliver 6,600 new social and affordable homes and undertake maintenance and refurbishments on thousands more. Since this record investment, the State Government has delivered over 3,800 homes with more than 1,500 currently under contract or construction.
