report by the former Treasurer tabled in the other place on 6 May 2014.
(1) On what date was the report
submitted?
(2) Was approval
sought by Hon Troy Buswell or his office prior to the trip being undertaken;
and, if so, who approved the trip?
(3) Did the Premier approve the trip's
itinerary prior to it being taken?
(4) Did anyone from the Premier's
