2000-2001 $60.0 m
2001-2002 $61.5 m

2001-2002 $1.289 m

3. Yes, Building Condition Assessment (BCA) reports are prepared every few years. These reports identify required maintenance which is prioritised on a rating scale of 1-9 with 1 considered to be the highest risk.
4. The recently completed round of BCAs identified approximately $96 million of restoration maintenance work in total. This figure is reduced to $64 million when rankings 8-9 (low risk) are excluded and $9 million of maintenance expenditure on BCA items is taken into account. BCA inspections are not undertaken every year, it is therefore not possible to provide a yearly breakdown.
5. The current value of identified maintenance work for all schools within the rankings 1-7 is approximately $2.1 million. BCA inspections are not undertaken every year, it is therefore not possible to provide a yearly breakdown.
