I refer to the Insurance Commission of Western Australia 's (ICWA's) handling of the Dion Barber litigation in the District Court and now the appeal of that decision and I ask:

(a) As at the latest available date
:
(i) what exact amount has been paid to Mr Barber in damages
;
(ii) what exact amount has been paid to Mr Barber in legal costs
;
(iii) what exact amount has been paid in legal costs to lawyers engaged by ICWA for the trial; and
(iv) what exact amount has been paid in legal costs to lawyers engaged by ICWA for the appeal so far;
(b) On what date was the Treasurer last updated regarding the Barber matter and by whom
; and
(c) What is the current estimated total taxpayer exposure associated with the Barber matter (e.g. damages, legal fees, appeal fees)
