I refer to grounds for excluding students in WA public schools under the School Education Act (WA) , and I ask: (a) For each exclusion order made in the 2025 school year, how many were a result of: (i) (91)(a)(i) A breach of school discipline that has adversely affected or threatened the safety of any person who is on the school premises or participating in an educational programme of the school; (ii) (91)(a)(ii) A breach of school discipline that has caused or is likely to result in damage to property; and (iii) (91)(b) A student’s behaviour being disruptive to the educational instruction of other students?
