Understanding that the member for
North West Central is a new member, I will explain again: BreastScreen WA is a private
organisation. It is not possible for me to review what she has called an
exclusion. BreastScreen WA is funded by the state government.
Several members interjected.
Ms A. SANDERSON : You have
set up your own member with this question.
Several members interjected.
The SPEAKER : Members, order,
please! Just a quick answer, please.
Ms A. SANDERSON : I am more
than happy to work with the member on access to breast screening for regional
women.
Members opposite have set up their
own member with her first question. There were many questions about regional
health care that could have been asked, but you set her up.
The SPEAKER : That concludes
question time.
