(1) I refer to your meeting with the Members for Murray-Wellington and Mandurah on Thursday 1 March 2018 and ask: (a) On what date was the meeting originally organised; (b) Was the meeting cancelled and then rescheduled: (i) If so, why was this the case; (c) Who requested the original and rescheduled meeting; (d) In addition to elected members, who was present at the meeting: (i) If any Departmental or Ministerial staff were present, did they maintain notes of the meeting in accordance with the State Records Act 2000 ; (e) What was discussed at the meeting; and (f) Did the Deputy Premier agree to any further action and if so, what action was agreed to? (2) Why did your Acting Chief of Staff email my office the day before at 6.30 pm informing me that the meeting in relation to the Peel Health Campus with the Deputy Premier the Member for Mandurah was not going ahead, if such a meeting did occur? (3) Was it originally intended that you would tour Peel Health Campus on 1 March 2018 and if so: (a) Why did that tour not go ahead? (4) Did your office request a government driver for this visit and if so: (a) On what date was the driver requested; and (b) In addition to the above meeting, what other events, meetings or locations did you visit on 1 March 2018?

(b) The meeting was not cancelled and rescheduled, only the Peel Health Campus visit was cancelled.

(2) The meeting regarding Peel Health Campus with the Member for Mandurah, scheduled at Peel Health Campus was cancelled and did not occur.

(a) A driver was initially requested on 28 February 2018. When the Peel Health Campus meeting was removed, the driver request was rescinded and updated accordingly.
(b) Following the meeting with the Member for Mandurah, the Deputy Premier proceeded to Dumas House for meetings in his office.
