Changes to Machinery of Government
, and I ask:
(a) can the Premier please provide the specific title, date and author of any reports, documents, studies or other information that has been provided to the Premier that demonstrates that the splitting up Western Power into separate State-owned entities contributed to higher electricity costs in the South-West grid; and
(b) will these reports, documents, studies or other information be tabled?

Government undertook appropriate research and consultation, prior to making its policy decision. The reports, documents and studies are subject to Cabinet confidentiality.
