The member asked that question of me last week. I pointed out in my response that I was not in a position to provide him with an answer on that occasion and invited him to ask the question at a later date. I wanted to make absolutely sure that I was able to give the member a full and accurate answer, and I sought an up-to-date briefing note from the relevant agency. I have not yet seen that briefing note, and therefore I am not in a position to provide the member with the answer that he properly seeks. I will provide him with a full answer when it is to hand; he need not ask the question again.
