I refer to the Department for Training and Workforce Development Annual Report 2013-14 and the statement at page 41 that "the State will share the impairment costs associated with VET FEE-HELP loans with the Commonwealth Government", and I ask: (a) will the Minister detail this arrangement; and (b) how much of the costs of each loan are met by: (i) the State; and (ii) the Commonwealth?

(a) As part of the National Partnership Agreement on Skills Reform, Western Australia agreed to share the impairment costs associated with VET FEE-HELP loans taken out for all Western Australian Government funded Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications and the trial of five selected Certificate IV qualifications.
