I refer to the
Metropolitan Planning Scheme (MPS) maps, dated August 2022, and ask: (a) does
the map show the full extent of urban land designated for development in the
Mandogalup East area between Rowley Rd and Anketell Rd; (b) is
the Minister aware of any additional sub-divisional applications by the
developer in relation to this area; and (c) can
the Minister explain why the developer's website advertises that land is
available for urban development from Rowley Rd to Anketell Rd, to within 200m
of the Alcoa Residue Disposal Area (RDA) when MPS mapping suggests otherwise?
