(a) was this contract awarded for architectural services in relation to an amalgamation of the South and North Merredin Primary Schools onto the Merredin Senior High School site; and
(i) if so, what is the estimated total cost of the amalgamation of the South and North Merredin Primary Schools onto the Merredin Senior High School site; and
