The
Priority Start - Building Policy
stipulates contractors' obligation to employ apprentices on Government projects and this obligation is contained in the project contract.
There is no requirement regarding employment status of apprentices with respect to part-time or full-time. However, the vast majority of apprentices in Western Australia are employed on a full-time basis.
25 apprentices were required to be employed by the contractor in order to meet their obligations under the
