622. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the answer to my question
without notice 56 that informed the house that, as at 27 February 2024, 40 return
to prison warrants were outstanding.
(1) How many of those 40 warrants
have now been executed?
(2) What is the total number of
return to prison warrants currently outstanding?
(3) How many have been outstanding
for more than 12 months?

thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The Western Australia
Police Force advises the following.
(1) Of those 40 warrants
outstanding, there were six as at 27 February 2024.
(2) As at 27 May 2024, there were
42.
(3) As at 27 May 2024, of those 42,
there were 33.
