CORRUPTION AND CRIME COMMISSION INQUIRY - EVIDENCE FROM MR SPAGNOLO
I have a supplementary question. Will the Premier release the documents after Mr Spagnolo has been to court? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

AnswerView source ↗

They are not my documents. I am not seeking nor have I sought to direct the CCC or demand that the CCC take any particular course of action. Mr P.D. Omodei : You can ask it. Mr A.J. CARPENTER : The member for Warren-Blackwood can ask the CCC. I will leave it to the CCC’s discretion; if it believes that it can take the initiative to make transcripts available, it can do so. However, an imposition on the CCC by the Premier carries with it a particular weight, and it is not a weight that I am prepared to lean on the CCC.
