TAKING ORDERS
1463. Hon ALANNA CLOHESY to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to question without notice 1358 on taking orders for
the Forrestfield train station precinct in High Wycombe.
(1) What are
the locations and lot sizes of the land for the two additional taking orders
that will be issued in the future?
(2) When will
those two additional taking orders be issued?
(3) In
relation to the taking order for 90 Milner Road, can the minister confirm this
property is required for a car park under the government's plans?
(4) If yes to
(3), how many car bays will be situated on the property and for how many years
will the car park remain on the property?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(1) Taking
order 1, a portion of Dundas Road at lot 0, plan 14624, is approximately 8 380
square metres. Taking order 2, portions of Dundas Road, Ibis Place and Sultana
Road West at lot 33 on deposited plan 406465, is 1 713 square metres, and at
lot 34 on deposited plan 406465 is 1.2106 hectares.
(2) It will be prior to April 2016.
(3) The property is required for construction purposes
associated with the Forrestfield–Airport Link project.
(4) Not applicable.
