For the period 23 September 2008 to 31 July 2009, could the Minister please advise in relation to his Ministerial Office staff:
(a) has any Ministerial Officer accepted any gift from a private company or individual;
(b) if yes to (a), how many Ministerial Officers have accepted a gift from a private company or individual;
(c) if yes to (a), what were the gifts, and what is the name of the individual or private company that offered the gift;
(d) if yes to (a), what is the estimated individual value of the gift or gifts; and
(e) if yes to (a), does the State Government have any commercial or financial relationship to the private company or individual?
