I refer the Minister to the Small Business Commissioner’s report into the Construction Subcontractor Investigation, page 54, and I ask will the Minister reform Building Management and Works’ practices and procedures to ensure that: (a) business risk assessment conditions are communicated to relevant decision makers and stakeholders; (b) business risk assessment conditions are included in business risk documentations; and (c) there is accountability for their implementation?
