414. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Leader of the House
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the expiration of the
term of Hon John McKechnie, QC, as Corruption and Crime Commissioner.
(1) On what date
did Commissioner McKechnie's term conclude?
(2) Does Mr
McKechnie retain or continue to have access to any computer, phone, network,
hard copy files or similar, belonging to the Corruption and Crime Commission or
the state government?
(3) Does Mr
McKechnie continue to provide services, either voluntary or paid, to the CCC or
the state government?
(4) If yes to
(3), what are those services and what remuneration is received for them?
(5) Is Mr
McKechnie continuing to play any role, either voluntary or paid, in the legal
action commenced by the Attorney General against the Legislative Council or the
action commenced by the Legislative Council in the Supreme Court?
(6) If yes to (5), what role is Mr McKechnie playing
and what remuneration will he receive for services rendered?
