I refer to the Governments media statement titled "Horizon Power signs historic ILUA in the Kimberley region" and I ask : (a) What is the total land value of the four-hectare area of land in Beagle Bar that Horizon Power will have access to; (b) What renewable energy sources are currently being considered for the project; (c) What is the total expected cost of the project, with a breakdown by line item, costs may include but not limited to; installation, labour and other employment related costs, tender advertising, construction of project, obtaining of necessary materials etc; (d) What is the current timeline for completion of the project; (e) What is the total expected energy output of the projected as measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh) and megawatt-hours (mWh); (f) Can the minister provide a total breakdown by line item, of the financial and infrastructure expenditure, including the proposed installation of airstrip lighting, as well as any other remuneration to support or compensate the Nyul Nyul and Beagle Bay communities; and (g) What is the current timeline for delivery of each individual piece of infrastructure to be delivered to support the Nyul Nyul and Beagle Bay communities?

a-g. The terms of the Indigenous Land Use Agreement ( ILUA ), including the compensation paid by Horizon Power to the Nyul Nyul people, are subject to a confidentiality period until 8 November 2024.
The renewable energy development is in its early planning stages and is expected to draw on the region’s significant solar resources and be delivered in 2027.
